各位家長，

*有關武漢新型冠狀病毒疫情的上課安排*

* 1月29日至2月2日本校所有課堂取消*

由於近日武漢新型冠狀病毒情況持續不明朗，本校決定，明天- 1月29日（星期三）至2月2日（星期日）暫停所有課堂及表演綵排。

本校會繼續監察及評估疫情狀況，現暫決定2月3日（下星期一）復課。

復課後，我們將防疫措施進一步提升，以確保家長、老師、學生的健康和安全。

1. 所有學生必須量度體溫，以搓手液清潔雙手。一位學生只可以與一位家長進入本校，以減低接待處人流。

2. 請各位家長及學生進入本校時丶戴上口罩。（由於現時口罩供應短缺，請各位家長及學生自備口罩）

3. 所有從國內回港的學生，請自行隔離14天才恢復上課，復課後請出示有關證明，否則，學生未能扣減缺席的課堂。

4. 課室後門將保持開放，以確保室內空氣流通。

5. 出現發燒、咳嗽或傷風等上呼吸道感染病徵的學生，請安排康復後最少48小時才補課。

6. 所有額滿的課堂，將不設補課名額，家長可選擇相對較少學生的課堂補課。請於補課前聯絡校長有關補課時間及人數。

為己為人，請保持個人衛生及公眾健康，齊心抗疫。

最後祝大家身體健康，抗疫成功。

In order to reduce the risk of spread of the novel corona virus, our school lessons will be suspended from *Jan 29 - Feb 2 - this Wednesday until Sunday* tentatively.

Meanwhile, we will resume our lessons from next Monday (Feb 3).

The following measures will be taken after class resumed:

All students must go through temperature check and clean with hand sanitizer before attending class.

One student can only accompany with one of her parents / guardians to avoid over-crowded in the reception area.

All parents and students must wear mask when entering into our school. Due to the shortage of mask supply in the community, please prepare mask for yourself and children.

Students who had visited China or in close contact with people from the area should quarantine 14 days after returning HK. A proof should be submitted for deduction of monthly course fee.

The rear door of our classroom will remain open to improve the air circulation.

When having fever or other respiratory symptoms, students should quarantine at least 48 hours after recovery.

No make up class quota for those lessons with full capacity. Parents should check the make up class availability before attending make up class.

Co-operation and consideration of others in maintaining personal hygiene is the most important to help prevent the disease. I wish you and your family stay healthy and have a fruitful Chinese New Year.
