朝英太公遺留下來的腰帶翡翠玉及清朝官帽翡翠白玉翎管，稱為 “顶戴花翎”。清朝的官帽，在顶珠下都装有翎管，目的是用來安插花翎，花翎以孔雀毛做成。翎管约兩寸長，圆柱型。文武大官所戴官帽的翎管都是用各類玉石、象牙或玻璃燒制而成，當時以翡翠白玉翎管最珍貴、盛行，但官品低的官員只准用紅玉。
