[email protected] Errofit168 was originally known as Box-fit which started in 1999 in Discovery Bay, Hong Kong.
The first class commenced at DMR School of Ballet where there was a turn out of just one person, after that the classes were forever packed, and always having someone running out of a class to PUKE! Classes were then established at Hong Kong Country Club, Headland Hotel, Cathay City, The American Club and the Repulse Bay Club, Manhatton. Errofit168 is a fitness regime built around Boxing training
