It’s easy to overlook training the hamstrings in favour of training the quads which will create an imbalance. That imbalance can lead to injury as the quads capacity for power can cause an overload on the hamstring.
Stiff leg deadlifts demonstrated here is one exercise to strengthen the posterior leg chain.
For many gym goers it’s been a tough time living without the heavy lifts. Fortunately I get to train a family with a well equipped home. Can’t wait to get back to the gym!!
