ATTIC V Climbing

三堂的beginners class 順利完成。由於新手界定都幾廣，所以三堂講嘅嘢都有不同。其實攀石真的有好多細節位要留意，希望大家繼續努力，繼續喜歡攀石。期待見到大家一步一步的進步。
有機會再同大家分享更多的技巧。😊

成日說「爬到一條線並不代表爬得好」。想可以去更高level，好多基本技巧是值得化心機時間去練習。

昨晚是今年的第一堂新手教學班，看見大家努力嘗試我們教的動作，學習如何在牆上找到重心點及用腰腳發力，如何在大斜牆攀爬，我們感到非常開心。－晚時間實在不夠，希望有時間再開多一次，讓大家認識更多的攀石技巧。

期待第二堂及第三堂的朋友。😊

季度大掃除！

我地又將會進行季度大掃除，
現煩請各位 會員/舊會員於11月2日或之前取回自己既物品。

如物品未能於限期內取回，將會一併被收起, 暫存於Attic V。

殘舊或破爛的物品，則會由Attic V 另行處理或直接拋掉。

Happy Spring Cleaning!

Dear members,
We will soon be doing another round of spring cleaning, we kindly ask you to collect/retrieve ALL your personal items stored in Attic V on or before November 2nd.

Items that are not collected before said date, will be cleared and stored in our storage room temporarily.

As for items that are worn-out, will be repurposed or thrown away by Attic V.
