Axé Capoeira Hong Kong

A capoeira camp for kids that offers a variety of classes, including capoeira, music, dance, acrobatics, and arts, would provide a well-rounded and enriching experience for children interested in learning the Brazilian martial art.

Meet our Mestre Eddy Murphy. One of the five masters in our group Axé Capoeira, he's currently living and teaching in Macau.

A big friendly smile on his face is his signature. His first contact with CAPOEIRA was at nine years old, since then, his life changed.

Now at 55 years old, Mestre Eddy Murphy traveled all over the world, especially in Asia over the last two decades.

Mestre Eddy is the signature of Capoeira. He is the dance, movement, martial arts and a great spirit as well.

Love, affection, dedication, self-confidence, persistent and so many positive words can describe our Mestre from Macau.

Meet our founder and leader, Mestre Barrão. He started out as a capoeira professor in 1974, and led classes in several locations in the State of Pernambuco, Brazil.

From there, he launched an international career teaching capoeira and performing cultural shows around the world from his headquarters in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
