Summer semester Uni-Sports & Uni-Adventure courses are now open for enrollment! 🥊 🥌 🎾想趁暑假學新嘅技能、挑戰自己、認識新朋友？而家就係最佳時機🤩唔好猶豫，立即報名參加啦！

This summer, we are offering over 65 courses and fun taster sessions through our Uni-Sports & Uni-Adventure programmes. Whether you are looking to improve your skills, have fun trying new sports, or meet new people, we have something to suit every need.

Courses will take place throughout June, July, and August, with the first courses starting on 22nd June. Courses include:

⚽ Uni-Sports Programme – Swimming, Tennis, Golf, Soccer, K-Pop Dance, Jazz Funk, Fencing, Bearingball (Floor Curling), Yoga, Pilates, Boxing, Muay Thai, Self Defense, Kendo, Tag Rugby, and Nindo.

🤿 Uni-Adventure Programme – Kayaking, Snorkelling, Scuba Diving, Windsurfing, Sport Climbing, and Tree Climbing.

Students Athletes, this is your chance to stay active, build strength, and come back next semester stronger than ever!
Get ready to level up this summer with our 8-Week Performance Training Programmes led by Coach Ricky and Coach Marco:
