First lesson nerves? Let's clear them up - you only need three things: a swimsuit, goggles and a towel. Everything else is already waiting: the warm pool, the floats, and a coach who knows exactly how to make little swimmers feel safe.

Arrive about 10 minutes early so there's time to settle in, and a parent stays poolside for our Baby & Toddler and Beginners classes.
