源流躲避盤 Alpha Dodgebee

We are officially halfway through our Alpha Dodgebee Summer Class!

We are absolutely thrilled to see how much progress our participants have made, and more importantly, how much they are enjoying Alpha Dodgebee! 👍👍

We truly hope they will persevere with it and make Dodgebee a part of their weekly routine—a place where they can keep practicing, apply what they’ve learned, and hang out with the great friends they've made! 🤜🤛

Let's keep this amazing energy going for the rest of the summer—and carry it right into September as a brand-new semester begins! 💪

我們的 Alpha 躲避盤暑期班已經過咗一半啦！

我們非常高興能見證所有學員的顯著進步，並欣見大家對 Alpha 躲避盤展現出的濃厚興趣。

與首堂課程相比，學員們在團隊精神、專注力、紀律性及社交技巧方面，均取得了非常積極且顯著的成效。👍👍

我們由衷希望大家能夠持之以恆，讓躲避盤成為每星期活動的一部分——在這裡，大家能持續練習、實踐所學、切磋，還能和結交到的好朋友們一起開心相聚！🤜🤛

We (Alpha) are now proudly announcing the result of our fierce competition- the 9th Alpha Cup, 2nd Season which was held on the 1st of July 2026.

We are truly happy for all winning teams and as an old saying, winning is not the key for the competition, but enjoyment and improvement.

This year- 2026, the 9th Alpha Cup, 2nd Season took place both indoors and outdoors, allowing all participants to test their physical and mental limits and to apply their skills in real practice. The result is unbelievable. Apart from the exciting matches, one of the most memorable was seeing many dodgebees flying over at the same time, it made my day, how about you?

Alpha would like to congratulate all participants and to send our biggest thank you to all coaches, parents, participants and staffs who created this remarkable day together.
A special thanks to HKTA The Yuen Yuen Institute No.1 Secondary School who provided the venue for the 9th Alpha Cup, 2nd Season.

我們衷心為所有得獎隊伍感到高興。俗語有云，比賽的關鍵不只在於輸贏，而在於享受過程與自我提升。俗語確實很有道理。

今年的「第九屆 源流盃 第二季」同時於室內及室外進行，讓所有參賽者能夠挑戰自己的體能與心理極限，並將技巧運用到實際比賽中。大家的表現實在令人讚嘆！ 除了刺激的比賽外，最令人難忘的畫面之一，就是看到滿天躲避盤同時飛舞，你呢？

Alpha 在此祝賀所有參賽者，並向共同創造這難忘一天的所有教練、家長、參賽同學及工作人員致以最誠摯的謝意。

特別鳴謝 香港道教聯合會圓玄學院第一中學 為「第九屆 Alpha Cup 第二季」躲避盤賽事提供比賽場地。

2026台灣躲避盤交流團

4日3夜的台灣躲避盤交流團已圓滿結束，衷心感謝各學員，家長，教練及助教的支持與配合令我們順利在海外比賽中獲得冠軍！

除了開心獲得冠軍外，更重要的是可以見證每位學員的成長，各隊員們展現出高度的鬥志與技術上的提升。

獲得獎與否並不是最重要，有就是「錦上添花」，重要的是令自己在各方面都進步，增進人生經驗。
相信通過這次台灣躲避盤交流團有助於各隊員培養「信任」和「團隊合作」，心理質素亦變得較強大。

見到學員除了認真練習及比賽外，更難忘是見到大家一起輕鬆及搞笑的一面，令這次海外參賽更有意義，期待未來我們再創佳績！
