Chelsea Football Club 香港車路士官方球迷會（以下簡稱球迷會）Official Chelsea F.C.
Supporters Club Hong Kong (China HK Blues) 成立於１９９６年，最初是由英國移居本港的外藉人士所建立，他們銳意將所熱愛的車路士之聲音在香港宣揚開去。過去廿年，由於英超聯賽在香港最受球迷擁戴，還有車路士在各項比賽中所累積的成果，本會比當年之規模已壯大不少，並由本地球迷為主，惟外藉人士在本會亦有一定數量，並無分彼此。
本會有幸成為香港其中一個最大型的球迷組織，更是全球32個最高級別的白金級車路士官方球迷會之一，於購買車路士比賽門票擁有最優先資格。（註︰申請人本身必須備有官方True Blue，詳情請另作查詢）
本會為一個依香港特別行政區之社團條例註冊的非牟利社團。成立的目的是為了讓本港的車路士球迷團結起來，共同為自己喜愛的球隊打氣，也讓大家多一些可以聊天交友的地方。
本會經常於車路士比賽的日子作直播聚會，歡迎各位會員及非會員參加。同時，本會亦會舉辦一些只限會員參與的足球活動及其他聚會，增進會員之間的互動。為免錯過本會活動，請於本會專頁剔選為「搶先看」，謝謝支持！
