Raimondi College Old Boy's Football Team (RCOB) is a professional football club based in Hong Kong, China. The club's supporters have been loyal and passionate.
RCOB was founded in 2011 and admitted into the local football league in the same year. The club has been playing in their home ground - Happy Valley Stadium for a decade. The most successful period in RCOB's history was the 2009, when W.Y.Yau and Donni Choi led the club's precusory team RCFT to semi-final of the local inter-school Championship and achieved huge success in the tournament. With a co
ntinuous supply of well-trained youth players provided by their Youth Academy - Raimondi College Football Team (RCFT), RCOB never seems to have problems with inadequate quality players. The team has a deep bench of talented and promising players such as Captain Felix Tse, who is a legendary playmaker of RCFT. He controls the flow of the team's offensive play, and is often involved in passing moves which lead to goals;
Yuen Cheuk Fung, a powerful, skillful and incredibly fast striker who has scored more than 100 goals for RCFT. Even Yung transfered to another club a couple of years ago, he still remains as one of the most respected players of the RCOB;
Hovey Cheng - the speed demon and cross expert of the team, equivalent to Ryan Giggs in Manchester United, who frequently gives quality crosses and adequate supply to the forwards. His record of producing the most assists is still beyond reach for the other wingers in the league. Felix Sze arrived RCFT late in his carrer, but inspired the team a lot. He is a player who covers a wide range on the pitch and is able to play almost all the positions. With his prominent skill in dribbling, shooting and positioning, he has been one of the most important first team players under Choi's leadership. Jack Chan is a tough and brave defender who contributes a lot in the team's strong defense. As a former YM player, he plays for RCOB with no reserve, never holds back in tackles and marking. That's why he's gained much respect form the fans, instead of being hated for his identity of a former YM player;
Alexander Wu, as what his teammate Ringo Lai mentioned to the press - "the most tricky and skillful player I have ever seen, no defender would like to see him holding the ball", there is almost no need to describe what he is good at, simply, a headache for defender! Beside all the legends mentioned above, there are still numerous talented players in RCOB's hall of fame, such as Jason Leung, Gilbert Lee, She Pak Hong, Johnny Tsang, Ringo Lai.............
RCOB has long-standing rivalries with neighbours Young Man Football Club (YM).
