Something new is happening!
Starting from next week, morning classes (Monday and Wednesday) will have new workouts that will push your limits! No TVs to follow - Guaranteed sweaty sessions and more calories burned! 🥵🔥
Regular classes (Seoul rush & Bears) will remain the same in the afternoon and evening classes. If you have questions, please send a message.

4:30pm - Aberdeen pier
