This November, journey with us deep into the mountains of Yunnan, where ancient tea forests stretch across mist-covered slopes and village life follows a different rhythm.

Over six days, we’ll practise yog each day, walk through ancient tea forests, meet local communities, discover traditional crafts and food, and experience the landscapes and cultures of this remote corner of China.

Master Shoaib’s August workshop and private yog therapy sessions were fully booked at Pragya Yog School! ✨
Thank you to every student who trusted the process.

Through postural and movement assessment, root-cause work, hands-on manual therapy and targeted neuro techniques, Master Shoaib guided the group toward practical, sustainable relief rather than quick fixes.

If the workshop opened something for you and you want a fully personalised roadmap, limited 1-on-1 and 2-on-1 private health consultations are available for appointments. Each session included assessment, hands-on work and a custom recovery plan.
