HK DEADLIFT CHAMPIONSHIPS ARE BACK ON SATURDAY NOVEMBER 8TH

Calling anyone that can deadlift a barbell 🦾. Whether you compete in a sport/strength sport, train to get or stay strong or if you just want to compete just for fun; everyone is welcome!

Rules are simple: 3 Attempts. Deadlift to a full and stable lockout (knees, hips, shoulders). Wait for the down command before putting the bar down under control (no dropping).

This past weekend saw another display of strength with many of our athletes AND two of our Coaches putting their hard work to the test competing in the USAPL HK Championships.

We couldn’t be prouder of our athletes, knowing the consistent hard work they put into their training to prepare for this competition, with some navigating through hiccups and injuries.
Seeing the HK Strength and Fitness communities come together to not only compete but also support and push each other, is something special.

Shout out to and .csa for putting it all together!
Let’s keep challenging our limits and continue to show people what true strength is 🦾

FORGE GAMES 2025

This year saw more teams, unexpected underdogs, creative costumes, epic efforts, lots of sunburn, and far too much skin from some 😂 Most importantly, the Forge Games saw our community growing and strengthening through friendly competition.

It’s never too early to start, let’s set our kids up for a healthy and strong life to help them build self-belief and learn what it means to be part of a supportive community.

Led by Coach Ian or Coach Ray, expect engaging sessions in fun formats for kids to learn purposeful exercise technique and encourage movement exploration through lifting, jumping, running and playing.
