十月開始來跟Mavis老師一起練習吧❤️
Mavis老師在2013年與瑜伽結緣,從此瑜伽便成為她每天生活不可或缺的一部分。因為她深信,不斷鑽研和練習是進步的唯一法門。
Mavis尊重每個人身體的獨特性。對於學生,她會因材施教,讓每位學生在紮實的基礎上進步和成長。在敎學裡,她善用不同的瑜伽工具,令所有程度的學生都能切實體驗每一個動作,享受課堂;同時亦幫助有需要的學生進一步深化他們的練習。
Come practise with Mavis from Oct ❤️
Mavis started her yoga journey in 2013, since then, yoga has become part of her daily routine, as she deeply believes in the theory of ‘practice makes progress’.
With her true respect to the uniqueness of each individual, she encourages students to practise and grow in yoga from a solid foundation built based on their own body needs. She loves to use different yoga props in her teaching, to ensure her classes are accessible to everyone, and to help students deepen their practice wherever needed.

強項?
我無强項.
不過有特別喜歡同練得特別多既式子
呢排有一個問題令我有啲反思
究竟自己有咩強項
而虛無既強項
究竟應該點去定義
究竟係覺得自己做得好?
定覺得自居做得比其他人好?
後灣?倒立?手平衡?
好多老師會有好多主題堂工作坊
而自己呢?
唔通話比人知瓣瓣掂
能力上自知根本遠遠不及
後彎唔夠人深
手平衡唔夠人多變化
而各花各門既倒立頂盡算某D過到自己
而好想專注做好一樣
又覺得能力不足以話強項
所有練習都有各自嘅樂趣
不過有時候又覺得樣樣都做咪得lor
不過又無樣精無樣掂
頭頭唔到岸
最後得出既答案係
我無强項
不過有特別喜歡同練得特別多既式子
而我會中意係自己興趣上面研究多少少
再而用成功過同失敗過既經驗去分享過程
而用欣償既眼光去睇人地既强項
每人有自己喜歡既..想專注同分享既項目
唔去批評人地既練習同教法
成日要提醒自己
唔好覺得自身既練習無意義
因爲意義從來都係”自由定價”
絕對可以百花齊放
最重要既係作爲瑜伽導師
從來無停止過自身既練習
