If you do not feel comfortable heading back to the gym, you can stay on top of your fitness routine by renting one of our Stages bikes for home use, or the 21 days Quarantine- for $3000 (including delivery and removal)! Due to the continued govt restrictions imposed on social distancing, we will remain closed until Jan 20th or until further notice. However, one exciting news for 2021 is that we are bringing the TORQboard back when we are able to reopen We were able to work with the venue to bring back the data for you to see during class! To a better 2021! 🤞

An important -19 update regarding TORQ's temporary closure: In adherence with government guidelines for addressing public safety, the studio closure has been extended until August 25.
We will be contacting members with remaining credits on packages and you may also contact us with any questions about your classes or packages.

Don't forget to move! Excessive sitting is a hard habit to break. It is linked to diseases and conditions like obesity, hypertension, back pain, cardiovascular disease, even depression. Movement helps with boosting your mood, improving your sleep, sharpening your focus and reducing your stress. Some movement is better than none so icorporating movement into your everyday activities are important! Here are some ways to do that:
👉skip the lift or escalator and use the stairs
👉go on daily walks
👉try to walk around while on phone calls
👉get off one stop early in your commute and walk the remaining distance

Now is the time to keep your hands germ free! Wash them often for at least 20 seconds. If you don't have access to soap and water, carry hand sanitizing gel or wipes for when you're on the go. Remember to regularly clean heavily used surfaces such as your phone, keys, door handles and light switches. Together we can beat the virus! 🧼
