*TGR Trail Runners*

TGR is a free, community-led trail running group. We meet twice a week:

• Monday at 7:00 pm for a HIIT session

• Wednesday at 7:30 pm for an easy, social run

The vibe is relaxed and welcoming. No one gets left behind — we wait, regroup, and run as a team. It doesn’t matter how fast or experienced you are; everyone is welcome.

Once a month, we try to do a slightly faster session where people can push a bit more and see their progress over time.

The group was started by TGR Team Ivan & Martin in 2018, and is now run jointly by our members. This means anyone can suggest routes, organize runs, or bring ideas.

It’s completely free — no fees, no commitment, just come and run.

A rising star in the Chinese trail calendar, Chaoyunfeng offers technical terrain and stunning cloud-sea views at dawn.

"The Alps of China" — Mount Siguniang's 6,250m peak towers over a course that traverses some of Sichuan's most dramatic high-altitude terrain.

The year closes with Shenzhen's flagship ultra-trail, a surprisingly wild race on the doorstep of one of the world's most modern cities.

Most Chinese trail races operate exclusively through WeChat Mini-Programs — you won't find standard web registration pages. Here's what you need to do:

Download WeChat (Weixin) on your phone
Search for the race's Official Account using the Chinese characters provided above
Follow the account — registration links are posted as articles a few months before each race
Complete registration through the embedded Mini-Program
For UTMB World Series races (Mount Mogan, Great Wall, Mount Yunmeng, TransLantau, Doi Inthanon), register at utmb.world using a standard web browser.
