A JUNK TRIP WITH A PURPOSE!

Join (SLPC) and Treasure Island on Sunday 1 November for a junk trip to the Soko Islands, with paddling and a beach clean-up as part of the Challenge.

Expect a day of sea views, adventure, good company and a chance to help protect our coastline. No race, just a community coming together to make a difference!

Part of Treasure Island’s 30th-anniversary commitment to giving back, ahead of our Eco Festival By The Bay on 8 November and June coastline cleanup initiative in June 2027.

Sunday 1 November | 8:30am–3:30pm
Junk from Central to the Soko Islands
Return drop-off in Mui Wo or Central
HK$450 per person to cover the junk
Potluck on board, bring something to share!

It’s our staff that makes Treasure Island one of the most fun, exciting, (hilarious!), and adventurous outdoor education companies here in HK—we just couldn’t do it without them. What makes our space so unique and special is due to whom we share it with ❤️
Growing up with nature as a playground does something incredible—it helps build deep confidence and a fierce passion around protecting our earth and all the creatures we share it with. Here at Treasure Island, surrounded by incredible local wildlife and the vibrant natural world, kids get to learn not just how to explore the outdoors, but how to become true protectors of the environment. 🌿 Keep your eyes open for our upcoming holiday camps and of course our weekend activities of surf lessons, rentals, and of course: we’ll see you at the beach!
