Instead of pull ups, chest to bar and muscle ups, we will be doing strict pressed instead! Find some weights, if you don’t have any, use a textbook or fill up your backpack with something heavy.

You’ll need a timer, a heavy textbook and a wall.

Tackling 22.2! You kids ready?
For this workout, we want to get HEAVY on these deadlifts! If you don’t have heavy weights at home, you can use a backpack and stuff heavy objects in there to increase the weight.

Make sure you warm up your deadlifts and check if the weight is heavy enough for you to sustain the next wod. Good luck!

Kidzilla Vs Everest was a huge success! The Hong Kong community conquered Everest with Kidzilla last Saturday 75 times, accumulating our reps and meters.

We raised a total of $256,000 this year, surpassing last years amount! This is going to make a big difference for Love 21, the funds raised will allow them to create more tailored and focused training for their 150 families through fitness and nutrition education.

Remember to tally up your team’s reps/ distance at the end of the session.

It’s back!!!!!! This year, with the help of The Mills 南豐紗廠 TKO Plaza 將軍澳廣場, we will host this as an in-person event (optional)! Other gyms have already signed on to participate and will be announced via the link in bio as we approach the big day, August 14. Details below 👇.

The Keep Moving Project is very excited to announce our second annual KIDZILLA Fitness Challenge in support of Love 21 and the Down syndrome and autistic community in Hong Kong. Love 21 Foundation is an organization dedicated to bettering the lives of those living with Down syndrome and autism through physical activity and nutrition education. Through this fundraiser we hope to encourage a healthier way of living to our community and provide our next generation the best tools to tackle any challenge with heart and grit.

The height of Mount Everest is 8,849 meters and this will be our challenge this year. But, we will turn “meters” into “reps” so that anyone can participate. As a Hong Kong community (kids and adults), we will conquer Mount Everest as many times as possible on August 14 from 10:30-11:30am.
