【Class 1: TRX-Ecstacy】
利用TRX Suspension 這種以自身重量、充分利用核心肌群、配合全身不同位置和角度的肌肉訓練,讓練習者在暢快的流汗和心跳加速的同時,增強耐力、體能、平衡力、靈活度、和核心力量。 Robin為此設計了一系列融合了功能性及均速移動的訓練方式來調動練習者身體各部分肌肉的韌性和潛力。這將是一堂尋常且獨特,令你暢快專注的課程!

Strength Training 乃是一系列“無與倫比”的,針對每個學員不同身體條件、體能狀態、和運動基礎而設計的個性化課程。在短暫的1個session中,Robin 提供的不單是著重個體訓練的套路,也是促進學員相互激勵、取長補短的集體循環訓練方法。每堂課利用3-4類不同的工具與器械,讓參與者在集體訓練中彰顯個性、在個性裡融合共性…這就是你發展“無與倫比”特色的時刻!

【Class 3: Boot Camp Mania 】
曾經愛玩、貪玩的你是否樂意融入1小時熱烈激盪、充滿笑聲與汗水的《成人遊戲》時段呢?對上班族、久坐於電腦前的Zombies感同身受的Robin決心喚醒人們的冷漠和麻木, 為您安排一場欲罢不能的,融合了體能訓練和團體遊戲的特色課程。課程特點:通過自身重量與各類的輔助工具,協助隊友完成設計遊戲的各項‘任務’從而達到在趣味運動中清理身體毒素、消耗脂肪、增強體能、踢走壓力、尋回屬於自己識玩的童真!

開課時間:逢星期5、6 晚6-7pm。

【Class 4: Mystic Personal Training: 】
行之有效的重力及體能訓練是對體能提昇的祕籍所在!一套設計適當、安排合理的體能訓練將是減脂、增肌、促進排毒、加速循環、和強化免疫力的有效手段!Robin為幫助客人不斷提高平衡力、穩定性、敏捷度、耐力和綜合體能、特意設計一系列豐富的、結合自身重量和配合小工具、並同時輔以健身器械的綜合私人訓練課程。目的是幫助學員的身心在計劃的時間內極大程度地增強,而達到訓練目標。

【EXCITING: New Training Ecstasy embellishes the New Year with Mystic Mania】

It’s almost Xmas and New Year time, this month our coach Robin will introduce 3 new exciting group classes along with his existing boutique Personal Training sessions. The new classes have aims to assist you to build up a stronger physique as well as a healthier mentality for the brand new 2017.

 Vegan for 11 years with great interests in sports games such as soccer, badminton, hiking and yoga

【Class 1: TRX-Ecstacy】
This is a series of sweaty yet hyper exercises with utilization of one’s body weight and core strength on the suspension allows you to develop your strength in endurance, balancing, agility, and stability. Robin will tailor the course to suit your own condition and pace with aims in developing your functional mobility and potential in a vast degree, whilst you enjoying in the ecstacy of “Flow”…

【Class 2: Peerless Strength Training】
Robin delivers his Strength Training Class through a unique approach: characterizing every One-Hour session with not only an effective set of trainings combined with 3-4 options of tools and machine based workouts, and also it is an energy exchanging process among instructor and students. You will find your own individuality in the general similarity of the class upon thriving for the peerlessness and the best inside out.

【Class 3: Boot Camp Mania 】
Do you still remember the carefree child whom was so indulged in some of the kiddo’s games under the blue sky? A one-hour getaway to the adult game zone is Robin’s new design to “rescue” the electric zombies or whomever with a serious sedentary lifestyle by rejuvenating the new blood and retrieving one’s genuine vitality. Come and join our Boot Camp fitness workout implanted with a series of fun games that allows you to detox the waste collected in work & life imbalance, fight stress, and reobtain strength, confidence and purity.

【Class 4: Mystic Personal Training: 】
The key to fitness is an effective resistance and weight training program with persistence in working frequently towards a set goal. Robin conducts his PT session firstly assist you to set up a very clear goal of training and a workable schedule, followed a bespoken yet challenging package mixed with various chosen techniques applying on small tools, training machines and some functional exercises. The secret of improving one’s agility, mobility, endurance and integrated vitality as one lies with an instant awareness of the need of wellbeing in life, and a consistent hard-working toward it.
