FIND WHAT WORKS FOR YOU.

Years ago , when I posted my 5 month TRANSFORMATION pic, people started asking what was my secret, the path to follow or the magic pill.
At that time my answer was clear and honest :

Heavy Lifting.
Carb Cycling.
NO CARDIO.

It was an honest answer, thats what worked for me.

Now the question I receive most often is different, "What i am doing wrong?" Some people have tried to follow the "exact" the same regime as me, and they're response is that this didn't work for them.
But why is that?

EASY, because everyone is different.

There is not ONLY one way. There is not a magic diet or program that will work for Everyone.

Take your time to find what is most efficient for you, instead of trying to COPY other people.

ACRO PARTNER LEVEL 1&2.
Ideal for more experienced practicioners but beginners are welcome.
No partner needed.
In level 2 we progress deeper in duo teqniques like dynamic flows, foot-to-hand and standing acrobatics.
While the class is group training the students have the possibility of specializing on the roles of flyer & base.

Our Challenge gives you 4 Weeks with guidance, programs, and group classes to create an amazing body and mind transformation! With the theme of “Burn Fat and Keep Muscles”, this challenge is intended to be: -Fun & Educational -Helping you to stay Serious and Committed -Helping you to achieve a Leaner & Stronger Body -Teaching you what to eat for a Sustainable Lean Body Lifestyle
HEAD COACHES: Alex & Jane
STARTING : October 2nd Monday 9AM
ENDING: October 30th Monday 12PM

FIRST WEIGH IN & ASSESSMENT(meet in person): September 30th Saturday 5PM
FINAL WEIGH IN SUBMISSION(meet in person): October 28th Saturday 5PM
RESULT ANNOUNCEMENT: October 30th Monday 12PM

HOW TO WIN THE CHALLENGE
The final result will be judged by Before & After Photos and
Fat Loss calculated in %. Investment : HKD 2200
You will receive the following:

1) TAKE HOME BREAKFAST NUTRITION PACK

2) PRESCRIBED WORKOUT PROGRAM
Follow this workout program 3 times a week in your own environment.
3) WEEKLY GROUP WORKOUT SESSIONS
You will meet with the coaches and fellow contestants every Saturday(Oct 7, 14, 21, 28) 5pm for 1 hour of High Intensity Interval Training. This Group Training is particularly designed to help you achieve optimal fat loss and muscle toning in 4 weeks.
