We are a small boutique studio in Wan Chai on the Hong Kong Island - we offers private, semi private and small group classes. The studio is owned by Nonie Yung, a dedicated movement educator for over 20 years and is Specialised Master Trainer in GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS®. Ms Yung is also a certified Pilates Instructor.
