📝 【Cheuk Tung 的低位轉身心法】:
1️⃣ Sit Low to Win (重心坐低) 🏗️: 接波🏀嗰陣雙腳要同膊頭咁闊,重心一定要低! 只有穩過磐石,防守者先推你唔郁!(平時深蹲 Squat 練得夠,呢刻就知味道!)
