陳師父推廣柔道己有四十多年經驗，一向喜愛親自教授學員練習。並采用日? Master Chan Siu Shing has taught Judo for more than forty years.

The focus of this school is based purely on the perfection of technique: to overcome an opponent not by strength, but by the "gentle way".

上課時間： 逢星期一晚上(08:00至10:00)
逢星期日下午(04:00至06.00) 兒童組及成人組
上課地點： 九龍長沙灣保安道市政大廈二樓
入學資格： 不分午齡及性別

Lesson Schedule: Monday 8:00pm - 10:00pm
Sunday 4:00pm - 6:00 pm
