Why Konter：
Konter深信Professional 一字不在於金錢，乃在於如何對待教練這工作。面對不同學生時，我們可以算是魔鬼，亦有部份可能受不了而沒有再練。我們經常覺得，要球場上表現好，不在於技術，乃在於Mentality，要強化Mentality，必要建立Culture。
不過Culture的建立非朝夕，真的可以做到嗎？
