日本JSF中文滑雪學校招募2023/2024雪季滑雪教練

Snowboard Freaks滑雪學校於2009年成立，過去14年經我們訓練的學員已超過10,000人，更有100多名學員成為了全職滑雪教練，使我們成為香港學員人數No.1和最具影響力的滑雪學校

2017年我們於長野県白馬村開設JSF中文滑雪學校，2023/24雪季將會是JSF在日本的第7個雪季，我們提供專業的滑雪教學和滑雪教練培訓及認證，於日本舉辦美國PSAI/AASI、加拿大CSIA、日本SAJ等滑雪教練系統認證考試。

隨著越來越多東南亞及華語滑雪學員在冬季來日本滑雪，2023/24雪季除了固定的香港教練團隊，我們希望招募更多的華語及英語滑雪教練來滿足需求，如果你

* 想整個雪季留在日本滑雪同時賺取薪水
* 對滑雪充滿熱情並樂於分享，令更多人也愛上滑雪
* 喜歡團體生活、積極主動、善於溝通，與團隊互相學習一同成長
* 持有ISIA國際滑雪教練協會(ISIA)成員國認可Snowboard/Ski證照
* 擁有有效的工作簽證、工作假期簽證或贊助簽證所需的資格
* 精通廣東話或國語或英語
* 擁有日本駕駛證或國際駕駛執照及雪地駕駛經驗優先

Japanese JSF Chinese Snow School is recruiting snowboard & ski instructors for the 2023/2024 winter season.

Are you interested in working at one of Japan's most popular ski destinations? Do you want to experience the world's deepest, driest powder snow? Would you like to work with a passionate and fun-loving team that shares a love for snowboarding and skiing?

Snowboard Freaks Snow School was established in 2009 and has trained over 10,000 students in the past 14 years. We have produced over 100 full-time ski instructors, making us the number one and most influential snow school in Hong Kong.

In 2017, we opened the JSF Chinese Snow School in Hakuba Village, Nagano Prefecture. The upcoming 2023/24 winter season will be our 7th season in Japan. We provide professional snowboard/ski instruction, snowboard/ski instructor training, and certification. We also host certification exams for systems such as the PSAI/AASI from the United States, CSIA from Canada, and SAJ from Japan.

With an increasing number of Southeast Asian and Chinese-speaking students coming to Japan for winter, in addition to our established Hong Kong instructor team, we are looking to recruit more Chinese-speaking and English-speaking snowboard and ski instructors to meet the demand. If you:

- Want to spend the entire winter season in Japan snowboarding/skiing while earning a salary
- Are passionate about snowboarding/skiing and enjoy sharing it with others to make them love snowboarding and skiing too
- Enjoy group living, being proactive, and have good communication skills, learning and growing with the team
- Hold a recognized ISIA (International Ski Instructors Association) member country Snowboard/Ski certification
- Have a valid work visa, working holiday visa, or the necessary qualifications for a sponsorship visa
- Are fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, or English
- Have a Japanese driver's license or international driver's license and experience driving in snowy conditions (preferred)

- Work visa sponsorship, requiring a recognized international ski level 1 certification* or at least 36 months of ski instructor work experience
- Competitive salary based on experience and certification level, starting from 4,000 Japanese yen per hour
- ski resort season pass

- Company-provided transportation vehicles
- In-service training conducted by a Level 3 AASI (American Association of Snowboard Instructors) instructor
- staff trips and end-of-season road trip allowance
- Free breakfast ingredients and beer
- Excellent-performing instructors may have the opportunity to work at indoor ski facilities during the summer, paving the way to becoming a full-time snowboard/ski instructor
- And...the best powder snow and the most fun snow park
