As you’ve probably all heard already
IF Studio will have to close in accordance with new government regulations from 12:01 Friday 7th January 2022 for 2 weeks.

Sorry to say gym closures have been extended until at least Jan 6th by government order. Hopefully we will be able to resume normal services after that.

As per latest government restrictions If studio is closed from 12:01am Thursday December 10th until at least 23rd December
IF will make every effort to stay open as it’s important we all stay fit and healthy.
We do ask that you and your clients wash hands thoroughly when you come in.
Also please use the spray bottles of blue disinfectant to clean off any equipment you use.
If you’re using the gym boxing gloves please use the inner gloves provided.
The cleaner will be working extra hours to keep the showers etc clean too.
