2025.11.20 (Thu) 《專家話》 【花式跳繩Ep.4】 自己識跳花式跳繩，唔代表識得教人花式跳繩～ 不過柏鴻佢由中四開始已經教緊人跳繩，由跟自己教練去學校做助教開始，見到同學嘅齊心同埋努力，令佢非常享受教學！後來有啲teammates話想一齊跳，有咗自己嘅班底，柏鴻就租咗個studio，一方面自己嘅團隊有地方練習，另一方面，橫掂都租咗個地方，不如就教埋班啦！就開始咗佢嘅花式跳繩學社～ 點解跳繩都要有個Studio？唔係有笪地就可以跳喇咩？柏鴻話，如果喺街上嘅地長期跳，對於條繩嘅消耗會比較大，好快會跳到「披」晒又要換，而且木板地吸震啲，對於跳繩運動員嘅腳都會安全啲！👍🏼 呢位花式跳繩教練，並唔係普通嘢嚟，係世界冠軍級嘅教練！一齊睇吓佢攞到世界冠軍嗰次比賽嘅花式跳繩片段！啲動作快到睇唔切呀！😱 柏鴻個人ig傳送門👇🏻 https://www.instagram.com/pakhungjai?igsh=d21jeHE1YzdlZnh6 #花式跳繩 Hong Kong Institute of Rope Skipping 香港花式跳繩學社

From August 3 to 16, lululemon will be launching the first-ever Together in Stride Studio Week event in Hong Kong and Macau, with the support of over 40 local fitness and yoga studios, offering over a variety of group classes. lululemon hopes to elevate the holistic wellbeing of the local community with the collective force of the fitness industry, inspire connection and progress, and support mental health charity efforts.
