🔓Morning Intensives are 2 hours practice which starts from beginner to intermediate level and goes up gradually by week
🔓The classes are workshop pattern where we break down the poses and work with options suitable for all level practitioners
🔓 Don’t have a crow or a headstand?! This is the practice!(Recommended to do all 18 days)
🔓Working on your advance level transitions ?! This is the practice!(Recommended for final 10 days )
🌟 Students of all level has benefited from our MI in past 10 years !
These practices creates a perfect platform for practitioners trying to bridge the gap between their existing practice and sailing through to the next level

Saying you need to be flexible to start yoga is like saying you need to be fit to go to the gym.
It counters the reasoning of practicing
If you are leading your mind with the example of the cool social media posses,that’s not what real yoga looks like for most of us. We all start somewhere-with tight hamstrings, stiff shoulders, and bodies that feel more wooden than bendy.
