One of the main goals of NirvanaFitness® is to achieve inner peace, the sense of relaxation that everybody needs, and through this, fight burnout syndrome, depression and keep us healthy.
Every component of Nirvana is playing an essential part in reaching this goal. The calm music, the theta waves and the exercise flow would be what comes to mind first.
However, the whole atmosphere is crucial to bring one’s mind in this relaxed zone. Reduced light, controlled temperature (ideal is 21 to 23°C for Nirvana), aromatherapy (calming scents like lavender, Lemon or Yuzu, bergamote, ylang ylang or chamomile) and a centrepiece.

On 4th of February is International Cancer Day, a day to celebrate all the beautiful fighters out there, all the ones that might have lost the battle, but mostly a day to encourage people to get diagnosed before it is too late.
We also want to encourage you to change your lifestyle, because science is telling us breathing wrong is a disease generator.
Many medical experts agree that a large amount of the health problems, diseases and suffering that we face are cause, at their root by a lack of oxygen at a cellular level.
One prime suspect in the development of cancer is that the cells within the body are not sufficiently supplied with oxygen. This causes the cells to malfunction and start to replicate at an abnormally high rate, to the eventual detriment of the tissue, organ or system.
In order to do our best to prevent the abnormal division of cells, we must ensure the optimal level of oxygen is maintained within our cells at all times.

Deep, intentional breathing is a powerful tool for managing stress. When we are stressed, our bodies release cortisol and other stress hormones that can be detrimental to our health over time. Oxygenating our bodies through slow, deep breaths activates the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting relaxation and reducing stress hormone levels. This, in turn, enhances mental clarity, focus, and cognitive function.
