🌟 Meet Our Member of the Month: Heather! 🌟

We are thrilled to celebrate Heather from our dedicated 7:00 AM crew! Not only does she crush the workouts, but she is also an incredible station partner who always brings support and positive energy to those around her.

Let’s dive into Heather’s fitness journey and what keeps her motivated!

How did you start your fitness journey?
My journey started because I was always feeling tired and lacking energy from sitting at a desk all day. I wanted a healthier lifestyle, so I took the first step into F45 KT! I began by setting small, achievable goals to work out 3 to 4 times a week, which really helped me build lasting consistency.

What is your motivation in life for career and fitness?
Fitness and career fuel each other. Training builds my physical strength and keeps me resilient, while the discipline I develop at F45 directly helps me handle high stress and solve tough problems at work.

What are your favorite hobbies?
Yoga! 🧘‍♀️

What changes have you experienced since starting F45?
F45 has completely boosted my stamina and overall strength. I’ve gained muscle, but the best part is the amazing community energy that keeps me showing up. I genuinely love the 7 AM crew! ♥️

What are your future goals?
For my next challenge, I want to tackle as many HYROX classes as possible to keep pushing my boundaries and testing my limits!；）

F45 PEAK500 is back!

It is a 30-minute fitness test happening on Sat, 12 Sep, designed to test your limits. It is also the perfect way to practice for HYROX, as it mimics the exact same hybrid mix of hard cardio ergs and functional strength movements.

⏱️ The Workout Format
* 5 stations total.
* 5 minutes of work per station.
* 1 point earned per 1 calorie or 1 rep.
* 500 points is the max perfect score.

🏋️ The 5 Stations (Max 100 points each)
* Station 1: Bike Erg (Reach 100 calories)
* Station 2: 5 rounds of 8 DB Devil’s Presses + 12 Suitcase Lunges (100 total reps)
* Station 3: Ski Erg (Reach 100 calories)
* Station 4: 20 Shuttle Runs + 80 Barbell Thrusters (100 total reps)
* Station 5: Row Erg (Reach 100 calories)
