Regarding the latest social distancing measures implemented by the government, gym and fitness studios are forced to close for another 14 days.

All affected classes will be cancelled, and affected studio rental bookings may contact us for reschedule. All package valid date will be extended accordingly 🙏🏻

This asana is definitely included in the coming workshop on 27/12.

I was curious why this asana has a relatively special name. So I went to master google and I found something very interesting.

“Asta” means 8 and “vakra” means bend. The asana is named after a sage in Hinduism, Astavakra, who was born with a body that bent in 8 places. I am not going to tell the whole story here but will share the link below if you are interested.
