At the Test level, precision is everything. Locking the heel and stabilizing the joint is serious business when your season is on the line, but that doesn’t mean we can’t throw a bit of 67 into the mix.

Work hard, lock it down, and never take yourself too seriously.

Hyper-extension can destroy a player’s season in a single collision.
