Dear Fit Mom Project community,

Today Fit Mom Project is 5 years old. What a remarkable five years! The Fit Mom Project community has grown from five mommies to now over 500 mommies and ladies, from Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Perth and Bangkok. If you asked me if I would have expected this type of growth? The truth is, I had no idea. Five years ago, I was only a single mom looking for health, friendship and an income opportunity to make a living.

Fit moms and ladies, coaches and club owners, please know that you complete Fit Mom Project. Fit Mom Project is what it is today because of you. I am forever grateful.

I am proud of what we have achieved together, especially in the past year despite the pandemic, the community grew closer and stronger together thanks to the online platform. We meet each other more often, we conduct more training and workshops than ever before, and that there are no boundaries between physical location. Since the first lockdown in March 2020 we completed 678 hours of FMP Go Live workout sessions for all levels. On top of FMP Go Live, we have e-classrooms for health forums, cooking and baking, P.E. for kids, a coach certification course, and even an e-party room for celebrating milestones and every opportune moment to have a good time!

Some of our new programs had taken off so well last year as well, including the Prenatal Essence and Postnatal Core Essence. Last year we had mommies who joined Fit Mom Project during their pregnancy who have now advanced to postnatal and postpartum programs after giving birth. Another division of Fit Mom Project called Fit Man Project has grown into a very happening community as well. Recently we have added a beta version of the Wonder Mommy program which is the advanced level for Absolute Abs program achievers and participants are achieving good progress.

All of these happened because of you my dear Fit Moms and Coaches. Thank you for your love, your support, your positive energy, your input, thank you for spreading the mission of Fit Mom Project, and thank you for participating and inspiring in the community. You are my angels.

I am looking forward to the magical journeys ahead of us. Together we can achieve much more.
