Anthony brought his kids to Brazilian jiu-jitsu without knowing a thing about the art. He just wanted them on the mat. Then he stepped on it himself.

He took training seriously. No shortcuts. He lost an insane amount of weight through hard work and consistency, started competing, ate a few setbacks, and kept showing up. Old. Out of shape. Might get hurt. Every excuse was sitting right there. He didn’t take one.

He trained. He stayed. He became a world champion.
The only limits are the ones we put on ourselves. Anthony proved that in front of all of us, and he did it as a father who walked in for his kids and walked out an inspiration.

We are so proud of you, Anthony. BJJ changed your life. You changed ours just by showing what is possible.
