What is natural is always harmonious and easy. By natural, we mean the way Love intends it to be - full of goodness and blessedness. It is only when we go against the natural essence of life that we encounter problems and hardship.

Living from our higher nature is a powerful way to live. Our higher nature draws unlimited strength and immense power from the spiritual plane, the plane where Love resides. Everything we ever need can only be met and truly satisfied from this place. While our superficial self uses fear and separation as defensive strategies for survival, our spiritual self uses the unifying principles of Love to bridge every chasm our unenlightened mind throws at us. Emotional turmoil may cloud our judgement and sometimes we're not sure of the best way to respond.

During such moments, if we were to ask "what would Love do in this moment?" the true solution would immediately be obvious. The insight would always be of a higher nature. This is a fabulous technique to help you see how your spiritual self would respond to the situation. If your desire is to be 'right', to have your own way, then this will not work. But if your desire is to be your finest self, asking the question "what would Love do in this moment?" will silent all supercilious thinking and point you to the summit of your radiant being. The fog of negative thinking will not stand a chance in the penetrating light of your holy self.

Circumstances are not your destiny. They are your Soul Curriculum.

Every challenge that arrives at your door has been precisely calibrated by a Universe that loves you and believes in your capacity to grow in consciousness. It is also a perfect unfolding of interdependent causes and arising conditions.

The victim says, “This is happening to me”. The awakened Soul says, “This is happening FOR me”. This single shift in perception is not denial. It is a Reclamation. It is the moment you step out of the story of powerlessness and back into your true authority as a Divine Being walking a purposeful path.

You are not here to be swept by the currents of fear, doubt or the limitations you have been taught to normalise. You are here to CHOOSE. To stand in the fire of difficulty and declare, with every cell of your being, “I AM greater than any seeming problem! The Spirit in me is All Powerful!”
Claim this Truth today. It has been in you all along.

Practice diligently to tune out all outer stimulus for they are the crackling static noise of the projections of human minds. You will quickly become receptive to the beautiful and sanctified thoughts of your indwelling Spirit. This is your True Identity. It is this conscious link to the Universal Intelligence that sustains your soul. It knows the exact path you need to take to fulfil your Divine Destiny.

Reject suggestions of the unenlightened mind that you have difficulties which make triumph of Spirit impossible. Cleanse each negative thought as it surfaces. Do not believe when it speaks to you of your fragility. Do not listen to its persuasive voice of fear.

Have a regular meditation practice.
Purify the mind from defilements of the ego.
Clean your heart from grievances of the past.

Stay firm. Be steady in your walk on this earth. This Divine Mind of God will stand revealed to you one day soon.

There is no written rule that says - to be human, we have to suffer.
When we say suffer, we mean disturbance, unrest and commotion in our mental and emotional bodies.
As well as tension or pain in the physical body.

In a transformational sense suffering is any distress, especially mental or emotional pain, linked to feelings of loss, psychological hardship and non-awareness of one’s Spiritual Nature.

In truth, Divine Nature is the only real substance in this existence of Impermanence.

When we insist our superficial self should have its own ignorant way, the feedback from our physical, emotional and mental systems is discomfort, disharmony and dissonance.

Turn suffering around. Cast out indulgence in ‘Poor Me’.

PAUSE.
STOP.
INVESTIGATE.
REFLECT DEEPLY.

See everything that has happened, that is happening, or even that will happen in the future as a precious opportunity to awaken to your True Nature.

TAKE THIS WONDROUS AND NECESSARY INVITATION TO WAKE UP FROM THE NIGHTMARE OF ILLUSIONS.

Humanity prays for peace while secretly defending the very consciousness that creates war.
We say we want peace in the world. But we still divide life into ‘us’ and ‘them’.

We still protect opinions more fiercely than compassion.
We still believe our personal pain is more justified than another’s.

Our biggest mistake is to assume our thoughtforms are just private inconsequential musings.
They are not.
They are a healing balm that can heal wounds. Yours or others.
Or they are weapons that destroy goodness. In yourself or in life.

The tell tale sign is how your thoughts make you feel. Your emotions are the accurate feedback and gauge that tell you how far you have veered off your Love Nature.

What can you generate in your mind that will contribute to a harmony that is universal to all human hearts? Begin now. And don’t stop. We need participation from all humans.

During these current degenerative times, ask not what is going to happen to you.
Know that every occurrence can be a powerful opportunity for self-transformation.

It is easy to be caught in the drama of arising conditions, brought about by many compounded factors. A foolish mind would simply spout out judgements and opinions based on ignorance.
A wise heart would know there is so much more than the superficial perspective of Duality.

Every single response or reaction is human. It is time we see that even as we may not be at the frontline of the battlefield, we are armoured from top to toe, and our tender heart encased in iron-clad so-called protection.

We defend before we listen.
We assume before we understand.
Our biggest weakness is we attack in the name of righteousness.

You want to stop the wars that are raging on our precious planet right now?
Be a Divine Peace Maker. What is that?
Don’t take sides. Do not be divisive.
See all humans as one precious organism in the evolution of Love.
We are in this together.

Breathe peacefully. Live PEACE.
Eat peacefully. Speak PEACE.
Walk peacefully. Let every act of yours be FOR PEACE.
