A huge thank you to Dreams Possible (Jenny, Ray, Elsa) for inviting us to facilitate this special 3 - hour workshop, and equally thank you to our volunteers - you came to give, but you left having received so much more. The best part, we all learned from each other. Every laugh, every misstep, was a shared lesson in trust and connection.
At Every BODY Matters, founded by the inspiring Ms. Cindy, we believe that everybody deserves a space to move, express, and heal.
We left the studio with full hearts and are so excited to work with more partners to bring this beautiful programme to more communities.

We're so excited to share that we are expanding!
We've opened a brand new location in Discovery Bay - a Dance & Art Studio in collaboration with Arty Rose.
Stay tuned for workshops offering dance, self-expression, painting, and enjoy a relaxing day in Discovery Bay.
The space is also available for private party venue hire, art jamming, yoga retreats, and other wellness or creative gatherings.

Having our alumni back for a visit feels like a mother welcoming her girls back home. There's warmth, pride, and quiet joy in seeing how they've grown, yet knowing they still belong.
This time, they didn't just come to look back, but to help with exam preparations, guiding the younger ones with patience and care. What made it more special? They worked alongside our next group of advanced students, those on the verge of graduating and starting their own new chapters. So there stood the ones who had already flown, the ones with wings still unfurling, and the ones just learning to trust the wind. Three generations of our girls, learning from each other, lifting each other up. Our hearts are full.
