1. 取消政策：報名後如未能出席，請於 3日前通知。否則恕不退款，且下月將扣減一次報名機會。
2. 聯絡群組：活動前 1-2 天會建立 WhatsApp 出山群組。如不欲加入，請在報名時透過 IG 或 WhatsApp 告知我們。

🎟️ Monthly Pass or Above Members:
Includes 1 FREE outdoor bouldering session & 1 FREE outdoor top-rope session per month.
(Note: A HKD 100 fee applies for the top-rope session if you do not hold a Sport Climbing Level 1 Certificate).

1. Cancellation Policy: Please notify us at least 3 days in advance if you cannot make it. Otherwise, no refunds will be issued, and it will count towards your monthly quota.
2. Group Chat: A WhatsApp group will be created 1-2 days before the event. If you prefer not to be added, please let us know via IG/WhatsApp upon registration.
🌧[Severe Weather Policy] For outdoor climbing trips cancelled due to severe weather, registration slots for monthly members are non-refundable and cannot be carried over to the following month. However, members who have paid an additional fee of $350 are exempt from this rule and will receive a full refun
