SOCIAL TOUCH RUGBY TONIGHT
If anyone would like some fun exercise, please join us at 8pm -9.30pm tonight at the Man Tung artificial grass pitch for social touch rugby. Adults, teenagers of all abilities and genders are welcome. Just bring some water. And it’s FREE! 😍

Sunday was …
The Tung Chung Buffaloes at the Sandy Bay mini-rugby festival. A great day was had by all. Thanks to the parents kids and coaches who all worked so hard to make it a successful day - and the Macau Bats who we joined forces with in a couple of the contact age groups
