The Grand Ballet emphasizes the classical ballet technique based upon the Russian tradition of training called the Vaganova Method; this method has produced many of the world’s finest dancers. The Grand Ballet 在傳統俄羅斯瓦崗諾娃學派的基礎上更強調古典芭蕾技術；這種學派已經在世界各國培養出來了一大批傑出的芭蕾舞者。

The Vaganova training system is designed to involve the whole body in every movement, with equal attention paid to the upper body, legs and feet. This approach increases consciousness of the body, thus creating a harmony of movement and greater expressive range. The curriculum brings out the best in every student, creating a well rounded dancer.

瓦崗諾娃教學體系構建重點是對每個動作要求上身與手足的配合有平等專注力，這將讓自己對身體有更加瞭解的意識。因此需要練習對身體協調和舞蹈表現能力。這項課程為所有學員帶來最好以及最全方面的學習

We are pleased to announce that Khai-Le Thai has joined our team as Ballet Teacher & Assistant to Artistic Director! 🩰

Khai-Le completed ballet training at 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹, 𝗔𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮, 𝗔𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁, and 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗮𝗻𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝘆 𝗢𝗳 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝘀 (𝗡𝗔𝗙𝗔), 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗲, holding Advanced Diploma of Professional Dancer (Elite Performance) by 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙉𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙏𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙧𝙚 𝙈𝙚𝙡𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙣𝙚, Certifications in RAD (Advanced 2), Vaganova Ballet (First Honor), and KPIA Master Pilates/Equipment Pilates/Rehabilitation Stretch by 𝙆𝙤𝙧𝙚𝙖 𝙋𝙞𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙨 𝙄𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙤𝙧 𝘼𝙨𝙨𝙤𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 (𝙈𝙁𝙇 𝘼𝙘𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙢𝙮).

Over the years, Khai-Le has gained valuable experience on stage and in competitions, placing 2nd at the Taiwan Grand Prix, awarded Potential Award at International Ballet Grand Prix Singapore, among others, receiving training scholarships to institutions such as the Kirov Academy of Ballet (USA), Arts Ballet Theatre of Florida, and NAFA Singapore. Performance credits include soloist roles in The Sleeping Beauty, Don Quixote, and various contemporary works with 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹, 𝗔𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮.

Beyond credentials, Khai-Le brings a thoughtful approach to teaching—combining classical technique with injury prevention and body conditioning. With humility and dedication, Khai-Le looks forward to working closely with our teachers and guiding our students step by step.

Birthdays & YGP Sydney Celebration Day 🧡🔥🥳
What a fantastic celebration day today! We celebrated the birthdays of Ms Janis, Ms Natalie, Abbie, and Christy. We also celebrated Cindy, Isabel, Vienne, and Natalie’s achievements in the YGP Sydney semi-finals! Youth America Grand Prix

After the celebration, Cindy, Natalie, Isabel, and Vienne shared their YGP Sydney experiences with their peers. Hopefully, more of our students will join YGP Sydney next time—TGB girls, be prepared!

Thank you to the TGB family for the wonderful celebration and cheering. Special thanks to Auntie Annie, Auntie Mandy, and Ms Carol for arranging the cakes, pizza, chocolates, and drinks✨ We enjoyed the celebration a lot!
