"We are the best team."Awesome day on the competition mats today. Kids digging deeper then they ever believed they could. Competition mats shows no mercy to those we don't come prepared. Kids learn so much about themselves and the limits their own minds plays on them. How it teaches them, to push past those fears, limits we create in our heads and finding out how amazing they truly are, when they come out the other side (win or lose). Combat sports is hardest and most challenging position to be in as a kid but most rewarding.

Wonderful week, recognising the hard work and dedication of my students to an art form of "Folding clothes," while people are still in them. Such an awesome pleasure teaching and rolling with this bunch of awesome people.

Amazing team performance at Copa De Hong Kong International BJJ competition. 9 competitors 4 golds 3 silver 2 bronze medals for the team. With little over a week of training to prepare, we all were late to register as I thought it would be too big ask for them to prepare post summer holidays. Showed great WILL and DESIRE to compete. Sai Kung kids are built different 💪

Binding as a team and brothers from different mothers. Feeling and expressing the agony of losing is part of development of a champion mindset. Life isn't always about glory and smelling flowers in beautiful gardens.
