簡介：本會及元朗拯溺會成立逾40年信譽保證，扎根於元朗，兩會一直聯辦各項游泳課程，例如兒童游泳班、技術改良班、泳隊預備班、泳隊特訓班、競賽班、女子成人游泳班、私人一對一課程、自組私人泳班等，致力推廣游泳運動社區普及化。 元朗游泳會YLSA 與元朗拯溺會YLLSC 緊密相連
攜手協辦游泳課程，協同之下分成兩支游泳團隊 YLSA 及YLLSC (游泳部）
