Our little editor whipped out some brand-new shooting gear to capture today's ‘houlder & Chest Opening Yoga – happening every Wednesday at 12:30, led by instructor Ching Ching. And honestly? It's ’ooking crisp! ✨
Soft music, calming vibes, and a room full of people slowly opening up their shoulders and chests, letting go of all the tension 🧘♀️
With the new accessories, the whole scene looks extra dreamy – so smooth and chill you'll‘feel like you're’right there in the studio just by watching it.
This class is perfect if you：
🔹 Stare at screens all day and have shoulders like rocks
🔹 Need a lunchtime escape to recharge
🔹 Have never tried yoga before and want an easy, welcoming start
