Zoom in on this amazing find by Sam. It's a Hamner Tritonia.
They spend their entire lives on gorgonian sea fans and sea plumes. Because their pale brown bodies and striped patterns mimic the texture of the coral perfectly, they blend in seamlessly.
They are masters of disguise but if you want to try to find them look for dead patches on these corals as it's a giveaway that something is there eating it. 😉
