I’m from Honduras but I’m also half italian. I’m very proud of my Italian roots, and my family is the typical Italian family: big, rowdy and loving. I have three amazing furry children and love them to bits. I love any outdoor activity, running (currently training for a marathon), hiking, walking, football, lacrosse and last but not least some barre/pilates. I also enjoy reading, painting and watching korean series on netflix (obsessed). I’m excited to embark on this new journey as a barre coach and hopefully transmit this love to anyone who comes to my classes.

Meet Isabelle !! Newly certified Barre Vida Barre Instructor located in NYC!! 🤩🤩🤩
Isabelle grew up in gymnastics and musical theater and later found her passion for barre after years of running. She fell in love with the balance it offers—combining strength, endurance, musicality, and the empowering feeling that follows every class.
As an instructor, Isabelle brings an athletic, upbeat approach through great music, thoughtful sequencing, and a fun, supportive atmosphere. Her goal is for clients to leave each session feeling confident, strong, and grounded.
With her career in marketing, she is pursuing barre instruction as a true passion project and a longtime dream of teaching. Based in NYC, Isabelle leads classes with kindness, empowering energy, and a playful spirit, making everybody feel welcome.

These classes meet virtually and are very intimate as founder Joanna teaches you how to do your own teacher trainings! for studios and Barre Instructors looking for new ways to make $$$.

Meet Jordan!! Jordan did the Barre Instructor Certification just last month and she is already teaching !! Take her class Tuesday at 8:15am and I guarantee you will have FUN!!!! 🤩😁😎
Jordan is an entrepreneur and longtime barre devotee who’s been pulsing since her NYU days in 2012. After two babies and a decade of building her own company, she’s back at the barre. Her classes are low-impact but seriously effective, working those smaller muscle groups that make the biggest difference. Expect to want to dance to every song just to take your mind off the burn.
