every day I look forward to a session with my fav compression boots - Revinix 🇨🇦 🙂‍↕️❤️ I never thought I would be someone that would incorporate them into my routine but now I don’t think I could live without it!

As a girly who runs multiple times a week, is always on my feet, and strength trains - the Revinix compression boots TRULY help me recover and show up for my next training sessions in the best way that I can.

I love using their “press” and “pulse” feature and have found I enjoy 100-140 pressure. I just zip them on and do work or watch a show and sometimes I’ll repeat cycles and keep them on for even longer because it feels so good🤣
