At the end of the Event there are some people which are behind the scene and actually the whole Event would not be possible without them so we will mention them in next few posts just to say BIG THANK YOU for spending days (and nights) to make it possible.
It will be hard to mention all club members who helped during and before the event, but some people spent many hours preparing everything.
COURSE SETTERS
Six of them every day of the Event went first early in the morning in the forest with maps, control points, flags, SI stations. Everything had to be precise and correct. They have spent days before the event checking every control point sight and putting the marker in the forest. Over 100 control points have been set to the forest during the Event and every one of them has been on the correct place with no mistakes. You could see them when arriving at the Arena as they already did their morning job but after every race they went back to forest and they collected all the points so everything could be prepared for the next day.
Ivana Gobec as main map maker who prepared all the maps for print, and produced also two brand new maps in Ozalj has been in charge of this Team and they did enormous job before, during and after the Event. Thank you Ivana, thank you Damir Radanović, Toni Budrović, Jan Gobec, Matija Kučinac and Tomislav Vuk.
With this team we had even more helpers so Karlo Gobec has been Event Adviser for the Relay Event and Paula Pavlin has been helping on the sprint Event.

START CREW - Beep, beep, beep 😀
Standing for hours on the start lines patiently checking every competitor starts on time has been just one of the jobs they did and only that work would not be easy but this Team made every start special and nice. Days before the Event they cut the grass, branches and even passages and paths in the forest. They where always first at the start and going last from the start preparing everything for the next race the moment the previous race ended the start. When you hear the sound of the start clock beep, beep, beep that was just the end of their work they started hours before you arrived. Thank you guys (and girls). Maja Kušt has been in charge for this Team and they did also great job, especially on the second day when they literally did not have time for lunch between two races. Thank you Maja, thank you Sabina Rako, Bernardica Stipić and Duje Rako for your effort.

IT department
If you need to connect any cable with anything in the Universe they are here and they manage to do it. They did the enormous amount of work behind the computer screens starting with all the entries, starting lists, name changes, calculating points to programing the whole SportIdent system so everything works. We could not manage to do it without them. Endless hours late at night they spent so everything is ready for the Event next day and that you have results from previous days. There are no words to describe how much work they did and how greatful we are that they are part of the Team. Maja Cvitković and Josip Matijašić you have outdone yourself. Thank you

Competition Center / Chaos Coordinators 😀
You could see them in the tent giving you all necessary information's, but also putting the signs, regulating traffic, giving you Invoices and numbers, they managed lost&found equipment and doing all sorts of paper work and different jobs. Some of them even managed to run a competition after they did their work.
Lea Katarina Gobec, Ana Kovačić and Sanja Krš where the girls who helped you out when needed. Thank you girls!

Transport of all equipment, building finish arenas, securing there is enough water, cups, gas, and all sorts of equipment has been their job. Ivica Bertol has been in charge of that department and with him Vesna Bertol, Josip Bertol and Kristian Rukljač did the job.
Thank you very much for your effort.
