Life is all about balance! Yesterday, instead of hitting the gym, we went on a hike with friends and spent the night dancing bachata .🌄💃 25 000 steps✅
Sometimes the best workouts come from just enjoying life and moving with good company!👯♀️

Hey there, I’m Alexa! 👋 I’m a 25-year-old trainer, remote coach, and social media manager who’s passionate about helping others live healthier, happier lives.
My journey hasn’t always been easy; for over a decade,I got a knee injury and had to quit handball. 🦿That led me to struggle with an eating disorder which kept me feeling uncomfortable in my own body and constantly chasing an unrealistic ideal.🪞
For years, I trained intensely, skipped social events, and limited my diet to just “clean” foods to stay in control. But over time, I learned that health isn’t about fitting into a tiny pair of jeans—it’s about feeling good, forming real connections, and truly living life. 😎
I’m still on the journey to full recovery, but I’m proud to say I’m finally able to enjoy things like traveling, training with balance, and savoring good food with the people I love. 💪🌍
These days, I may not have a six-pack, but I have a body that can lift heavy, go on adventures, walk 30,000 steps on a sightseeing tour, and dance all night! 💃
Now, my goal is to help you feel strong, confident, and balanced, too—without sacrificing the joy of living.
