🌱👋🏼 Lezárul a Nature of Us Creative Europe programunk, amely 2024 novemberében indult.

A Live Performance Bazaar (CZ), Polka dot Foundation (PL), PlaST Contemporary Dance Platform (SK) és a Workshop Foundation (HU) együttműködésében megvalósuló projekt célja az volt, hogy hidat építsen a művészet és a tudomány között, és új művészeti gyakorlatokat támogasson a környezeti válságokra adott válaszok keresésében.

EN: 🌱👋🏼 Our Nature of Us Creative Europe project, launched in November 2024, is coming to an end.

Implemented by Live Performance Bazaar (CZ), Polka dot Foundation (PL), PlaST Contemporary Dance Platform (SK), and Workshop Foundation (HU), the project aimed to bridge the gap between the arts and science sectors and support innovative artistic practices responding to environmental crises.

Az Agency of Amber, Kaslik Viktória és Aleks Borys kutatási projektje, a koreográfiát és a jogelméletet kapcsolja össze: részvételi koreográfiai kísérletekre építve vizsgálja, hogyan formálhatják a tájjal, természeti elemekkel és égitestekkel való mozgásos kapcsolódások a jogi és ökológiai gondolkodást.

A kutatás összehasonlító jogi elemzéssel feltérképezi azokat a jogi hagyományokat is, amelyek elismerik a természet cselekvőképességét. Célja, hogy a koreográfia ne pusztán esztétikai forma legyen, hanem a társadalmi-jogi diskurzusokat tágító, új ökológiai és jogi modelleket inspiráló eszközzé váljon.

Kutatásuk eredményét június 22-én a NATURE OF US CLUB eseményen is bemutatják.

The Agency of Amber, a research project by Viktória Kaslik and Alex Borys, bridges choreography and legal theory: building on participatory choreographic experiments, it explores how kinetic connections with the landscape, natural elements, and celestial bodies can shape legal and ecological thinking.

Through comparative legal analysis, it also maps out legal traditions that recognize nature’s capacity to act. Its goal is for choreography to be a tool that broadens social and legal discourses and inspires new ecological and legal models.

The results will be presented on June 22 at our NATURE OF US CLUB.

Trömböczky Napsugár transzdiszciplináris előadóművész és bábművész.

A Nature of Us Mobilities keretében Napsugár részt vett a soproni IAVCEI vulkanológiai konferencián, hogy kapcsolatokat építsen geológusokkal és vulkanológusokkal, és a geoparkokkal való művészi együttműködés lehetőségeit vizsgálja.

Napsugár Trömböczky is a transdisciplinary performance maker and puppeteer.

Within the framework of the Nature of Us Mobilities program, Napsugár attended the IAVCEI Volcanology Conference in Sopron to establish connections with geologists and volcanologists, and explored possibilities to work on collaborative programs with geoparks.

Erdei Anna Laura növénybiológus a Svéd Mezőgazdasági Tudományegyetem posztdoktori kutatója. Nature of Us projektje keretében azt vizsgálja, hogy hogyan lehet a nem-emberi érzékszervi élményeke észlelhető tapasztalattá alakítani a művészet segítségével, valamint hogy művészeti gyakorlatok hogyan járulhatnak hozzá a nem-emberi érzékeléssel való empatikus kapcsolatteremtéshez.

A hétfői NATURE OF US CLUB -on a rigai Scent Art Fesztiválon szerzett tapasztalatait fogja megosztani.

EN: Anna Laura Erdei is a plant biologist and currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences. In the Nature of Us, she explored how non-human sensory experience can become perceivable through artistic practices, and how these practices can contribute to empathic engagement with non-human perception.
On Monday, she will share her experiences from the Scent Art Festival in Riga.

Bitó Katalin táncművész és alkotó a Nature of Us - Artist on Board program keretében 2025 ősze óta követi nyomon a szlovák BROZ természetvédelmi szervezet folyómeder- és vizes élőhely-rehabilitációs munkálatait Pozsony környékén és a Csallóközben (Žitný ostrov). A BROZ munkatársaival együttműködve olyan lehetőségeket és módszereket vizsgált, amelyekkel művészeket hosszú távon be lehet vonni az ökológiai projektekbe.

A kutatáshoz kapcsolódóan kezdett el dolgozni Wetland harmonies című, folyamatalapú munkáján, amelynek első változata a prágai Bazaar fesztiválon volt látható.

Katalin Bitó, dance artist and creator, has been following the riverbed and wetland restoration work of the Slovak conservation organization BROZ in the Bratislava region and the Žitný ostrov (Csallóköz) since autumn 2025, as part of the Nature of Us - Artist on Board program. In collaboration with the staff of BROZ, she explored opportunities and methods for involving artists in ecological projects over the long term.

In connection with this research, she began working on her process-based piece titled Wetland harmonies, the first version of which was presented at the Bazaar Festival in Prague.
