Here is to the vulnerable moments.

You ever felt so overwhelmed and so burned out with everything that is going on in your life, that you end up crawling in bed or standing under the shower, and start sobbing with streams of tears?

I hate crying. I think I’ve never heard anybody saying “I love crying”! But sometimes, the clenched emotions just burst out, and we simply can’t help...

Yes, cry. Yes, burst those emotions out. It’s a way to cleanse the thoughts. Then gently take your time to walk yourself through this. I am speaking from my heart to yours. Where are your feelings stored? Is it stuck in your chest? Is it stuffed in your jaw? Is it tightening your hips? What is it? If it’s pain, feel the pain. If it’s numb, feel numbed. If it’s empty, feel the emptiness.

For me, deep meditation and light yoga help the most in days like this. It’s so hard to get on the mat when you are drowning in your own negative self. But once you do, you will eventually thank yourself for it. Now you can look at the pain more objectively. The view will get clearer, your mind will get lighter, and your body will feel better. Even just a tiny bit, it’s worthy.

Anise (Pimpinella anisum) has been using widely throughout the history, ranging from culinary art to medicinal purposes. Crushed aniseed and its essential oil wear a clean sweet taste and pleasant aromatic odour.
-
Anise is included as a valuable element in food production and remarkably, in numerous alcoholic beverages (e.g.: German Jägermeister).

In therapeutic appliance, it exhibits beneficial effects on digestive, respiratory, and nervous systems. Anise and anise oil also act as an estrogenic agent.

The essential oil is stored mostly in the fruits (commonly called seeds because they are tiny), but I just love it’s delicate flowers, so here you go 🥰
